The St. Regis Doha Hosts Legendary Chef Pierre Hermé for an Exclusive Masterclass
“The Picasso of Pastry”, Pierre Hermé, held an exclusive masterclass at the St. Regis Doha, where he shared the secrets on how to make the latest macaron “Infiniment Citron Caviar”, which is part of the new Les Adorables collection for Winter 2015. Valued Starwood Preferred Program members and key media representatives attended the masterclass during which Hermé, accompanied by one of his executive R&D pastry chefs, showcased the art behind this exclusive creation. Prior to the masterclass, a light luncheon buffet was served at the Astor Grill, where guests sampled a variety of the restaurant’s gastronomic delights. In addition, a special Pierre Hermé Paris themed afternoon tea was held at the Sarab Lounge over two days, allowing guests to indulge in the world renowned macarons, chocolates, fine jams and sumptuous cakes created by the famed chef.
