A new Peruvian restaurant in Town

A new Peruvian restaurant and Cocktail Bar, Sapa has opened its doors in Beirut’s Sodeco area, where Zinc used to be located.

Invitees were hosted by Sapa’s co-owners and the concept creators of Cinco Lounge, sisters Yasmina and Elissa Yared, and their partner, Rony Jabbour, who introduced their guests to the concept and the story behind the newly established entity in Lebanon.

Sapa is bringing to Beirut the new global trend of the Peruvian international fusion cuisine that is already taking over the world’s most stylish capitals like New York, London and Dubai by storm.

In addition to the Peruvian food, Sapa is a high-end cocktail bar that serves international cocktails and especially Pisco cinco, a brand of Pisco that was awarded the gold medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2014 and whose recipe remains secret and is made up of five different types of grapes.
