Perla Helou Wins Miss Lebanon 2017 Title

Congratulations to the stunning Perla Helou for winning the title of Miss Lebanon 2017.
Helou, a 22-year-old business administration graduate, won the coveted title wearing a Georges Hobeika black, off-the-shoulder tulle ball gown embroidered with multicolored crystals. The event took place at Casino du Liban, Jounieh.
