Reflect Your Light with Kutnu

The world premiere of ‘Reflect Your Light with Kutnu’ collection started from Doha, Qatar aiming to deliver the message of 'peaceful existence in unity'.

This unique and timeless collection was presented at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha on May 10, 2016 by Turkish fashion designer Rabia Yalçın, who was awarded the title of ‘The Most Innovative Fashion Designer’ at New York Fashion Week and is on the list of ‘The 500 Most Influential Muslims in the World.’

Kutnu fabric is the embodiment of unique values of a powerful history. Commenting on the collection Turkish fashion designer Rabia Yalçın said: “Kutnu is timeless. Just like the various cultures that Kutnu has embraced for centuries, I brought many different items together with Kutnu in the collection. I combined Kutnu with leather, chiffon, and velvet. I also used hand-made embroideries. Everything is in perfect harmony, in peaceful unity. Women who wear Kutnu will feel its power, uniqueness and timelessness.” 

The project, which was organized under the patronage of Dr. Sare Davutoğlu, spouse of the Turkish prime minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, is planned to be launched in many countries after Qatar, in accordance with ‘Turkey: Discover the Potential’ motto.
