Beyoncé at the 2016 Video Music Award

Ever the fashionista Beyoncé didn’t disappoint at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards with her first show-stopping outfit revealed as she walked the red carpet in an ‘ice-queen’ Francesco Scognamiglio gown paired with Lorraine Schwartz earrings.  

For her much-anticipated performance Beyoncé donned a Ralph & Russo ensemble featuring a wide brimmed white hat, cape and seemingly endless layers of chiffon - an angelic look which was transformed during her performance to uncover a black lace bodysuit paired with fishnet tights and over-the-knee patent-leather boots. To accept her award for the Best Female Video Queen Bey wowed the crowd once again in a gold lace jumpsuit and cape from Elie Saab before making yet another outfit change to accept her Video of the Year award for Formation.  Her final wardrobe change was similar to that of a runway finale as Beyoncé took to the stage in a YolanCris wedding gown featuring puffy sleeves, lace trim and embellished applique flowers.
